puerto
banus is renowned world-wide as being the Costa Del Sol's
haven for boats, ranging from luxury motor cruisers to the fabulous
private yachts with enough crew to out-number the locals! The long
stretch of award-winning beaches has a wide selection of bars and
restaurants and great water sport facilities. The harbour offers
a wealth of designer shopping, open-air restaurants, bars and cafes.
Perfect for sipping drinks in the sunshine, dreaming of that elusive
lottery win. You might lose count of the Ferraris, Lamborghinis
and Bentleys quietly cruising past in a vain effort to compete
for
your attention. Whilst the daytime offers brilliant shopping -
from the top fashion houses to the Saturday street market -
the
night-time is when the clubs open their doors and the town really comes alive! |

marbella
offers a mix of Spanish culture with the historic Old Town standing
side-by-side with the new, overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
It
has always been a firm favourite with the rich and famous, many
of whom have homes here and now also attracts the more discerning
holiday-maker. Marbella is a working town, not just a tourist
resort
and successfully offers a balance of smart shops, fabulous restaurants
and tapas bars for year-round enjoyment. The Old Town is Marbella's
jewel but is no museum piece! The alleys and squares are kept
spotlessly
clean and make it a joy to amble around. Visit Plaza Los Naranjos,
particularly on a summer's evening. Marbella is 10-minutes
away from the apartment by car and parking is easy. |

beaches
on the Costa Del Sol have long been renowned for their safe
"Blue Flag" status on the Mediterranean. From our apartment
the beaches at Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara are less
than 10-minutes away. A marble promenade leads down to the wide
stretch of daily-tended sand (with many bars, restaurants and water
sports), and views along the coast. Or take a 50-minute drive to Tarifa, Spain's southern-most point and where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic Ocean, and let the amazing kite surfers entertain you while you enjoy the white powder sand, cocktails on the beach and stunning views of the African coast just 10-miles across the Straights of Gibraltar. |
